All About Cupping
What is Cupping and its Origins?
Cupping, a therapy believed to have its roots in ancient Egypt, is used to relieve pain, increase circulation and blood flow, and to remove toxins from the body. Cupping is now considered a part of the complementary and alternative medicine category, along with the likes of acupuncture and massage. It rose to heightened popularity during the 2016 Olympics when world class athletes could be seen sporting the distinctive round red cupping circles on their skin.
The rise in popularity has been more than just a fad because the curative benefits go beyond relaxation alone. Cupping therapy is a non-intrusive, medication-free practice used to relieve migraines, joint pain, PMS, and the benefit of increased circulation. This therapy is also being used to treat high blood pressure, stress, and anxiety.
Please join me for All About Cupping on Tuesday, May 21st and 1:30 pm EDT to find out how cupping therapy works to treat and cure many conditions, ailments, as well as mood disorders.
What to Expect
During this webinar, I will be discussing the most widely used cupping techniques, the benefits of cupping therapy, as well as what you can expect to get out of a treatment yourself.
By releasing toxins and creating better circulation throughout the body, cupping is a preventative and curative therapy for many conditions as well as for relaxation and overall wellbeing. The many benefits include:
-Restoring digestive health
-Pain relief from injury or sore muscles
-Migraines and headaches
-High blood pressure
-Depression and anxiety
Guests will be guided through the process of cupping therapy as it relates to specific conditions and concerns. This will include a look at how practitioners chart out the places on the skin to target for any given treatment to how each method of cupping serves a different purpose in treatments.

The Benefits Are Endless
Taking deliberate aim at your health means approaching your health and wellness maintenance proactively. It means being your number one champion when it comes to seeking treatment, whether that is preventative or active.
This webinar will guide you through the process and benefits of cupping so that you can make a more educated decision when it comes to your health. You will leave with the knowledge of what to expect before and after a session, including videos providing visibility to the process.
The key to good health is balance, and cupping therapy works to do that by breaking up stagnation in the body to create better blood, oxygen, and energy circulation. My intention for hosting this webinar is to show you just how cupping can work for you to restore or maintain the balance of your mind and body.
